FAQ

During which season is the Chrysanne® available to buy?
The plants are available all year round.

How long does the Chrysanne® last?
The plants last at least five weeks, but can keep going twice as long. In warm conditions, they finish flowering quicker.

The plant has finished flowering, but still looks so pretty. Do I really need to throw it out?
Think of the plant as a beautiful flower bouquet that may be discarded after flowering. If you wish to experiment, you can cut the plant up to 5 centimetres above the ground. If the plant gets more than twelve hours of light per day, it will grow. On the contrary, it requires less than twelve hours of light to bring it to bloom. That is why chrysanthemums normally flower in the autumn. Once the plant has flowered, it has passed its prime. That remains the secret of the green-fingered grower.

Does the Chrysanne® require fertilizing?
Fertilizing is not necessary. There are still enough nutrients in the pot soil.
